If you want to delete your account and all associated data, you can request it at any time.
How to request deletion
To delete your account, send an email to:
with the subject:
“Account deletion request”
Include in the message:
- The email address associated with your account
- Optionally, your username
What happens when you request deletion
- We will permanently delete your account
- All personal data associated with your account will be removed
- You will not be able to recover the information once it has been deleted
Processing time
We will process your request within 24 to 72 business hours.
Important
- This process is irreversible
- Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law, for example for legal or tax reasons
